Return Policy

Although we have never had a dissatisfied customer, if you receive an item that you're not happy with, we will gladly replace it free of charge or refund your money.*

Please email us at info@birdbrainsonline.com as soon as you have inspected your shipment. State the reason you are not happy with the item. Leave a phone number where you can be reached during business hours and evening hours, and we will contact you within 24-48 hours. At that time, we will give you instructions on how to send back the item. Once we receive the item, we will send a replacement at no charge.
